5. Insurance Premiums and Carrier-Related Payments
Any premium payments, policy-related payments, or amounts collected in connection with a life insurance product may be subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation provisions, underwriting outcomes, and refund procedures of the applicable insurance carrier or provider.
PROEHL CAPITAL LLC does not guarantee that carrier-related payments are refundable except as provided by the applicable carrier, policy terms, or governing law. Where a refund is approved in connection with a carrier-related transaction, the timing and method of refund may depend on the carrier or third-party processor involved.
6. Review and Approval
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request where:
